Summer 24 update: just took my grandkids to Berts. They love it! And Anne is the best server ever!!! Bert's has a nice, homestyle, diner atmosphere and a great staff. Servers are nice and friendly and efficient, but not rushed our server, Holly is excellent. With a kitchen that produces really good breakfast/lunch fare at reasonable prices. It's a homey neighborly place! The menu has pretty inventive ways to serve standard breakfast items: try the three meat scrambler or Bert's breakfast wrap.
I love small town breakfast places and this place did not disappoint. Large portions at reasonable prices, quick service and delicious coffee.

This place is a favorite of mine. My grandson and I have been going there almost every Sunday since he could walk. He's now 18 and picks me up after a 1HR ride from Connecticut. One day recently in conversation one of our favorite servers told him she watched him grow up. Thants when I realized just how long we've been going there. It a simple, family owned clean spot with great food. There will be a wait getting in, but do the wait.
Just what you would expect out of a cozy corner local breakfast joint. Wait staff is super personable and friendly. Fantastic comfort food. Just what I needed after a long night. Next time in the area I will definitely be back!
Awesome place!! And very popular by locals. We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning and this is such a typical American place we Europeans know from movies. We loved it. Great service and staff was very friendly. They had little chats with locals as well you could tell they love their job. We sat at the bar, which was nice. Breakfast, eggs with toast tasted well and the coffee was delicious. Big mug of coffee which Im as a Dutchie not used too., bit too much for me, i realize this is American. Toilets were clean. Lots of parking space. Wheelchair friendly. Great vibe.
I enjoyed the very delicious Country Benedict. The service was fast and friendly. Many of the regulars who the staff knew by name were veterans. Very homey atmosphere, I enjoyed it very much.
